Transvaal Affairs.
(Prr Press Association.) Pretoria. August 23. There are 25,000,000 cartridges stored here, also several heavy quick firing and Maxim guns. The impartial trial of Dr Jameson and his officers and the friendly attitude oj Mr Chamberlain are producing a marked eftect in the Transvaal. The aggression of the Boers is merely verbal, and unlikely to become actively offensive. The Expulsion of Aliens Bill is not likely to pass.
