The Case of Mrs Locher.
fPer Press Associatioul Wellington, August 4. A movement is on foot to procure tbe release of the woman Locher, who shot Norbury and is held in custody as not responsible for her actions. The Colonial Secretary is to be approached on the ground that there are people ready to take charge and look after her both in New Zealand or in Germany, and if this fails a petition is to be got up.
