Action Against the Bank of New Zealand.

{Per Press Association.) Wellington, July 28. Messrs Richardson (Hon. G. F.) and Beardon, surveyors, etc., of Wellington, have issued a writ against the Bank of New Zealand, claiming the sum of £4000 for alleged improper dishonoring of the firm's cheques while, as the plaintiffs claim, there was a substantial sum to the credit of their account. The case will be beard before the the jury at the next sittings of the Court in August.
