Ex-Detective Kirby.
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, July 24. Detective Chrystal, assisted by Detective Neill, of Wellington, has been making enquiries into certain alleged transactions of ex Detective Kirby. As a result several warrants are to be issued immediately, but on wnat grounds is not known.
