Sir Robert Stout at Auckland.
(Per Press Association.) ' Auckland, July 22. Sir Robert Stout addressed a meeting in the City Hall, which was crowded. The Mayor presided. The speech was strongly condemnatory of the Govern* inent. He said if the Government was put out there was no fear, but an Independent Liberal party would arise who would carry out any Libpral measures. He declined to qpea|f on bankipg matters on the ground that it would be improper owing to the Committee at present aitting. A vote of thanks was accorded by acclamation.
