(Per Press Associaton). Sydney, July 9. The Treasurer delivered his Budget speech to-night. The estimated revenue for the financial year ending June 30th, was L 9,244,000, and the actual receipts L 9.284.000. The estimated expenditure was L 9,063,500, and the actual L 8.950.500. The estimated expenditure is L 9,400,000, leaving a surplus of L 207.300, out of which it is proposed to devote L*"\000 to special grants for municipal bodies. Later. Retrenchment in salaries, stores and contingencies amount to L 280,000.
