TO TBE EDITOB OF THK BTAS. Sißj-r- Where' are pur members of tho School Committee ? I notice, horses grazing on the school grounds, evidently placed there. I think, this is a gross injustice to the children's horses, which can starve as long as some people can get a little cheap' grazing.
