Population Problem in India.
(Per Press Association.) London, June 24. Captain Younghusband, in the course of a lecture, stated that in the last decade the population of India had increased by 30,000,000. He advocated the adoption of a system of emigration to a tropical part of Africa in order to absorb the surplus. He expresses himself hopeful that some method will be devised for developing the country.
