Transvaal Affairs.
(Per Press Association.) Capetown, June 28. Twenty-three of a Fort Salisbury patrol who were conveying women from Mazoe in mule waggons had an encounter with the natives. The fight began in the evening and continued till next day. The rebels were daring, and came within six yards of the wagons. Seven of the defending force were killed and four wounded. They lost males and horses, bat saved the women. , The natives at Fort Charter are rising, and the native police at Marindella are proving disloyal.
