Another Absconder from Bail.

(Per Press Association.) Christchurch, This Day. At the Supreme Court this morning when the case of larceny from th« parson against Joseph Traynor and Denis McGrath was called on, McGrath, who was on bail did not appear. The Grown solicitor, Mr Stringer, said that from information received he had expected there would be no appearance, and he applied for the recognisances to be estreated. His Honor made an order for the recognisances, one surety of £100, to be estreated.
