I was not a competitor, none of my ■*■ preparations boing then on the market. 2. The Canterbury Trials in 1887. My invention was placed FIRST in this competition, and a perusal of the re- jj port will convince anyone regarding its o reliability, &c. The Canterbury A. and £ P. Society, by whom this competition was conducted, will no doubt know how to deal with any aspersions on the bona fides of the said trial. 3. A very convincing proof of the value of my specific is the rapidlyincreasing sales, and I have no doubt that in the courae of a few years it will be used upon the bulk of the flocks in this hemisphere, and this will be the ■ result of its merits, and not obtained by deprecatory statements and attacks upon other Sheep Dip makers.
