_ m A well attended meeting of householders was held at Colyton Hall last Monday evening for the purpose of receiving the report and balance-sheet of the outgoing committee, and the election of a commit* tee for the ensuing year. Mr PearcVwas voted to the chair, and called upon Mr , Owen Pleasants, the chairman of the retiring committee, to read the report and balance-she^, which he did, and which was unanimously adopted by the meeting. The following gentlemen were then elected a committee for the ensuing year -.—Messrs G. Ashwortb, James Bus. sell, Samuel Kirk, Robert Lankshear, Win. Mitchell, Owen Pleasants, and John Stewart. The committee afterwards met and re-elected Mr Owen Pleasants chair-i man, secretary, and treasurer.
