The Dean Case.

■■ ' o (Per Press Association.) Sydney, May 26. The full Court decided that Mrs Dean was entitled to a divorce. The Judges j were 'unanimous that the Royal pardon extended to Dean did not bar the petition, but only pardoned the crime and nothing else. The fact remained that Dean was convicted of an attempt to murder, and on this ground his wife was fnlly entitled to take advautage of the divorce law.
