Post and Telegraph Changes.
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, May 22. Following are the promotions, additions and alterations to the staff of the Telegraph and Postal departments affecting the Manawatu district consequent upon the reduction of telegraphic rates : — Palmerston North —Mr McCrea to Wanganui, replaced by messenger Scott, promoted to cadet ; Mr McKinnon to Wellington, replaced by distributor Mowlem, promoted to cadetship. Woodville Cadet Allan to Napier, replaced by messenger Dawson from Pahiatna as cadet. Foxton— Mr Cowles to Wellington Telegraph office, replaced by assistant Wilkinson from Featherston, as cadet.
