— ♦ — (Per Press Association) Wellington, May 21. An application to strike Mr w. N. Ward, of Otaki, solicitor, off tbe rolls, came before the Court of Appeal to-day*. The case had boen reserved by the Supreme Court for the consideration of the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court making an order for his suspension from practice until the decision of the* Board, of Appeal Mr Ward having a few days ago filed certain fresh affidavits in ex* plaoation, the case was adjourned to the October sittings of the Court :tb give him an opportunity for ctoss examination. The suspension to remain' in force in the mean time.
