[Per Press Association. I Timaru, May 22. Three Ministers — Archdeacon Harper and Rev. W. Gillies (Timaru) and Rev. J. White, (Pleasant Point) — while driving from a Biblo-inschools meeting at Geraldine last night, were upset from the buggy. The Archdeacon fell on his face, which was badly cut and bruised. The other two escaped serious injury. Nelson, May 22. With the view of having further medical testimooy concerning the cause of death of Ernest Webb, victim of the Colling wood street tire, the coroner ordered a post mortem examination of the body. The result will be known at the adjourned inquest on Wednesday. Napier, May 22. The Colonial Consignment and distributing Company cabled to Nelson Bros, today that stocks of all kinds of frozen meat are very heavy. To-day's quotations are best Canterbury mutton 3£d per lb, ditto Dunedin 2}d, Napier and North Island 2£d. Our sales last week were a little above tho estimate. The Hon the Premier delivered a political address to-night, there being a crammed meeting at the Theatre Royal, presided over by the Mayor. The Premier spoke for three hours and a half, and at the conclusion of his address received a vote of thanks, carried by acclamation, three cheers being also accorded him.
