Sly-grog Selling.
(Per Press Association) Dusedin, May 18. At Milton to-day Win. Moir was fined j£Bo, with tbe option of four month's imprisonment for sly grog selling at Balclutha. Defendant had thrice previously been convicted. Mr Hawkins, S.M., severely lectured the witnesses for tbe Crown, saying he disbelieved the testimony. Notice of appeal has been given.
