The Transvaal Crisis.

(Per Press Association.) Pretoria. May 14. General Joubert has been elected Vice-president of the Transvaal ReSir Graham Bower succeeds De Wit as British Agent here, pending a permanent appointment. The Government has withdrawn support from tbe exhibition at Johannesberg, and the opening is postponed for a Berlin, May 14. A private telegram received here states that the sentences on Col Rhodes, Phillips, Hammond, and Farrar, have been commuted to 5 years, and the others to one year.
