A Boy Shot with A Toy Pistol
(Per Press Association"). Wellington, April 25. A shooting affair occurred yesterday afternoon which resulted in the injury of a boy named Victor Hughes, aged 13, whose parents live at Creswick, Earori. A boy named Hamilton is alleged to have presented a toy pistol to | Hughes telling him be would blow his brains out. The pistol was discharged. The bullet a small one entering Hughes left cheek. He was treated by Dr James who does not consider any serious result will ensue.
