Saturday, April 25tb, 1896. (Before His Honor District Judge Kettle.) D.O.A. v. Sarah Ann Goodwin.— ln , this case His Hvnormadean i order charging defendant's property with £175, the amount to be reduced by £30 in the event of that sum being paid by defendant's sons within 14 days. As an alter- - natiye the order against the sons to be abandoned. In the event of the amount not being paid the D.O.A. was authorised to sell the property. Each party to . pay his own costs. In Bankruptcy.— Application for discharge by William Lawrence, of Feilding, for whom Mr Baker appeared. After '■ a short examination His Honor was sat> * isfled that the bankrupt's position was due to misfortune, and granted the discharge on condition Lawrence does his best to pay his creditors 20s in the £.— Standard. .......
