Russian Compact With China.
(Per Press Association.) London, April 26. The Globe is responsible for the statement that Europeans in the confidence of the Chinese statesmen assert that Mongolia, Manchuria, and Shigting, will be ceded to Russia on condition that China is protected against all enemies.
