(Per Press Association.) Rome, April 24. King Menelek has offered to agree to march to the frontier, but insisted on the station protectorate over Abyssinia being abandoned. Rudini agreed if the prisoners were released, and Menelek undertook to refuse to allow any other power to assume protectorate. Menelek, however, declined these conditions. "
