Charge of Mutiny.

(Per Press Association.) Perth, This Day. Joseph Atkinson, seaman on the steamer Macgregor, was charged at the Esperauce Police Court with attempting to murdor second mate Macarther, and, with another seaman named Fallner, with assaulting Captain Sale. The evidence showed that after the steamer left Albany the men refused to do their duty. Fallner attacked the. Captain with a knife, and was only prevented from using it by the steward. In the mean* time Atkinson : seized the mate by the i throat and" had hftn nearly , overboard wlien rescued.' The case was relnanded.
