THE KAITIEKI BLOCK. 46,550 acres unsurveyed land, ranging in price from 15s to 25s per acre. This land is a portion of the Waimarino Block, known as the Retaruke Block, situated near the Auckland District boundary line, and can be visited by a new roacl line now beiug opened, leaving the Waimarino Taumatanui road three miles from the Waimarino plains. It is good pastoral country, partly open fern and scrub, and partly densely wooded.
