Another Crisis in the Transvaal
(Per Press Association) London, March 27. Private letters are being received from colonists warning England that grave events are pending at the Cape, and it is thought possible that a Boer and African rising will take place against the British at no distant date. Capetown, March 29, President Kruger has denied hia relations with Mr Chamberlain are strained. He states the Republic left the negotiations to the Executive and himself. H« has not declined to visit England.
