The Stock Market.
Messrs Abraham and Williams report : Since last report we have held sales at Colyton and Palmerston. On Tuesday, at the former, no cattle were yarded. A moderate entry of sheep came forward, mostly under the hammer. Yesterday at Palmerston a few fat cows made up ..the entry of cattle. Sheep, in average supply, were in moderate demand. Wo find that good quality command very keen competition at advanced rates, and for second quality and inferior stock an inclination to drag.
