The Trauyaal.
(Per fress Association.) London, March 26. The Pall Mall Gazette and Times are publishing the cables which escaped the censureship of the Boers, stating the situation in the Transvaal is grave. It is believed Mr Chamberlain demands conditions which the Boers rpsist, whereby the fate of the contemplated reforms is endangered.
