Mamie Board Enquiries.

(Per Press Association.) Melbourne, March 25. The case in connection with the steamer Wendouree has concluded. The next case to be opened is that of the steamer Cloncurry. During the cross-examination of Wilson, engineer-in-chief for ports and harbours, he admitted he might have allowed the Tararua to sail 20 years ago with a hole in the boiler. The evidence in the Cloncurry case showed that the vessel, having been temporarily repaired for a hole in the bottom, was on the point of sailing when the authorities docked her and had complete repairs effected.
