More Massacres in Armenia.
[Per Press Association.) London, March 23. The position in Armenia is reported to be growing worse, and taxes are extorted despite the ruin of trade. It is officially stated 8000 people were recently killed at Orfah. A massacre of Christiana in Albania is feared. The Armenian Council at Constantinople has refused to accept the Patri- , arch's resignation.
