(Per Press Association). London, March 18 Mr Chamberlain has promised Sir Saul Samuel to introduce a Bill providing for the reciprocal admission of solicitors to the colonies and England. Mr McGhee (a Dillonite) has been elected for Louth in place of Dr Daniel Ambrose, deceased. Mr Chamberlain finds he is unable to reserve the Bill passed by the Maltese Legislature imposing a duty on frozen meat, aud the measure will become law forthwith. The Australian AgentsGeneral are agitating against the Act. Arrived, at Glasgow -Bravo, barque, from Kaipara (Dec 6) ; George Thompson, barque, from Wellington (Dec. 5).
