Dr Newman Before His Constituents.

(Per Press Association.) Wellington, March 21, Dr Newman, M.H.K., addressed the electors at Petone last night, his remarks being a condemnation of the Government policy, and especially of their finance. He was accorded a vote of thanks and confidence. He announced that in accordance with the plan of campaign of the National Association, he woxxidi speak afc Napier in conjunction with Capt. Russell on the 30 inst, and subsequently by himself at Giaborne and iv Taranaki and Wanganui districts.
