The Wellington Shooting Case.
(Tor Press Association) WtLLiNiv.ru>', Feb. 28. George Norbuiy, who was shot on Tuesday, is progressing favourably. The financial difficulty between Karl Locber and Messrs Norbury and Trevor was settled to-day by an arrangement made upon the guarantee of G. W. Smart for an advance to Locher of a sum necessary to enable him to pay off his indebtedness to the builders, hence the sale under mortgage announced for this afternoon did not come off.
