Australian Cvp — The Australasian — Waterfall or Hova, Wallace, Treniside ; TbeLcader — Lord Richmond, Trentsidc, Hova. Champion Stakes— The Leader—Wallace ; The Australasian — Quiver. Wallace and Havoc present tbe appearance of having undergone a severe preparation. The Flemiugton touts consider the winner for tbo Ncwmarkpt will come from Courallie, Idolator, Gehenna, Disparity or Whakawatea. The Ballarat division are sanguine Coronation will win. The betfciug was brisk during the afternoon, Maluma advancing to 10<j to 10, while 100 to 9 was the best offer against Courallie, Foliage and Solanum. A disposition was evinced to back Our Jack, whose price after a few wagers were taken advanced to 100 to 7.
