The Transvaal Crisis.

DR. JAMESON'S ARRIVAL IN LONDON.

(Per Press Association.) London, February 24. Dr Jameson arrived today, but the ship was ordered not to approach port before midnight. Intense secrecy is observed by the authorities, and Lloyds were forbidden to signal the vessel. The Channel is patrolled by torpedo boats in order to intercept the press men. The remainder of the troops arrived by the other vessels. They were paraded and dismissed. Their journey from Plymouth to London was a sort of triumphal progress.
