NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned Crown Lands will be open for sale or selection at this office on WEDNESDAY, 18th March, 1896 :— 6436 acres, a further portion of the Awarua Block, divided into sections, ranging from 200 to 1580 acres each. This land is situated about twelve miles east of the North Island Main Trunk road and railway line, and lies on the western bank of the Upper Rangitikei River, and is approachable from Moawhanga. Eight sections, each 200 acres, in the Marton No. 1 and No. 2 Farm Homestead Blocks. Four sections varying from 125 to 392 acres, in the Makuri and Puketoi Survey Districts. (The twelve sections above are all more or less improved). 850 acres unsurveyed land in Block V, Tiffin. Upon Village Homestead Lease in Perpetuity conditions — Two sections, Mangaramarama V.
