Hotel Cases.

(Per Press Association) Masteeton, Feb. 21. In the case in which William Redmond, licensee of the Queen's Hotel, was sued for ±20 deposit in trust, and -which was alleged had been more than liquidated in board and lodging and drinks, judgment was given for £12 10s the amount placed in trust with Redmond, less board and lodging. Leave to appeal was granted. H. Phillips! licensee of the Occidental Hotel, Masterton, was convicted on two charges of Sunday trading and fined £6 for each offence. " Leave to appeal was allowed.
