The concluding day of tha International cycling meeting, promoted by the Christchurch Cycling Club, was -held at Lancaster Park to-night : — One Mile Maiden Handicap. — H. Dawson, 50yds 1 ; T. C. Hall. 40yds, 2 ; E. G. Shaw, 30yds, 3. Eight others sturted. Won by 80 yards. Time, 2min 35 3-5 sees. One Mile First Class Handicap. — H. J. Pither, Australia, ber, 1 ; W T . Martin, America, scr, 2 ; A. R. Barker, Christchurch, 30yds 3. Also started -Harris, England, scr ; J. Boyd, Christchurch, and T. Clarkson, Christchurch, 30yds; 3 ; F. Hunt, Rangitikei. and A. J. Thome Dunsandel, 80yds ; H. Uru, Christchurch and A. J. O'Neil, Christchurch, 110 yds; A. E. Hobbs, Manawatu, E. G. Land, Christchurch, R. C. Ledez, Auckland, and H. Gee, Christchurch, 120 yds! G. H. Lethaby, 130 yds. Won by 12yds, Byds between second and third, Clarkson fourth Harris fifth. Time, 2rain 30secs. A. W. Harriß( England) made an attempt to beat the half-mile record for New Zealand, Imm 6 4-5 sees, but failed by one second. Ten-mile International Scratch Test Race — H. J. Pither, Australia, 1 ; W. Martin, America, 2 ; A. W. Harris, England, 3. A. R. Barker, T. Clarkson aud J. Boyd, Christchurch, also started. Martin led to a furlong from home, when Pither by a brilliant spurt took first position and won by two yards. Harris, who came very fast in the straight, was beaten by three yards for second place, Barker a yard or two behind Harris, Clarkson fifth and Boyd last. Time, 26min 4secs. One and a half Mile Ladies' Bracelet Handicap. — F. Hunt, Rangitikei, 120 yds, 1 ; R. N. Chainey, Christchurch, 100 yds, 2 ; E. G. Laud, Christchurch, 170 yds, 3 Among the other starters were Harris, Martin, and Pither, all at scratch. Won by two yards. Time, omin 32secs. Three Mile Tandem Handicap. — A. W. Harris and W. Martin, scr., 1 ; A. R. Barker and J. Boyd, Christchurch, 100 yds 2 ; T. Clarkson and P. Dunn, Christchurch, 100 yds 3. Won by 15yds. Time, 7min. lsec, Pitber made an attempt to lower the two mile New Zealand record of 4min. 46secs, but was attacked by stitch and compelled to retire. Martin, America, was unsuccessful an attempt to lower the New Zealand Mile record of 2min JOsecs.
