Russia and Turkey.
(Per Press Association.) Constantinople. Feb. 10. Many Turks openly resent tbe reported treaty between Russia and Turkey. The police are much alarmed at the persistent agitation of the Young Turkey party, and the influence of the foreign press. St. Petersburg, Febr. 10, Russia appoints a Consul at Sofia.
