The Transvaal Trouble.
(Per Press Association.) Pretoria, January 25. General Joubert declares that weapons are still being discovered in Band, which indicates tha.t treachery still exists. General Joubert, in thanking the residents in the Orange Free State and Cape Colony for sympathy expressed towards Transvaal in the late trouble, said the South African people would achieve the desired end by combining as one nation.
