The Crisis in Turkey.
(Per Press Association.) Constantinople. Jan. 23. The Sultan appears greatly displeased at Queen Victoria's letter insisting on the reform in Armenia. The Russian Embassy, too, is greatly concerned at the determined attitude now displayed by Great Britain in connection with this matter. London, January 23. The Pall Mall Gazette states Russia and Turkey have ratified a treaty on the lines of the treaty signed between the two powers at Nukiui Skelessi on the Bosphorus in 1833.
