SCOTTISH AND AUSTRALIAN BANK. A COLONIAL TRADER MISSING. (Per Press Association). London, January 5. The Scottish depositors of the English, Scottish, and Australian Bank nave passed a resolution to the effect that the proposed alteration in the scheme of reconstruction is inadequate for the protection of creditors. The ship Lady Lawrence, bound from Newcastle (New South Wales) to Valparaiso, coal laden, has been posted at Lloyd's as missing. News from the Gold Coast states that Benjas has joined Sir T. Scott's forces against Premph.
