(Per Press Association.) Stdney, December 18. McLelland, second officer of the ship Canada, accused of causing the death of one of the crew by violent treatment, was found guilty of inflicting grievous bodily harm and sentenced to six months. Munro, the captain, who was included in the prosecution, was dismissed, the jury finding there was no case against him.
