At the annual meeting of the New Zealand Shipping Company to-day the report of the London Board, recommending the payment of a dividend of 4 per cent, was adopted. Wellington, Dee. 3. Nothing has yet been seen of the barque Weatherfield, sighted in the straits eight days ago. She is now 139 days out. It is supposed she must have been driven up the coast towards Taranaki. The evidence at the Arbitration Court to-day was devoted to the question of mining reserves and will be for some time. Some of the same witnesses will be re-called to give evidence as to timber. Waller was only in command until his own vessel, the Rotomahana, was recommissioned. Consequent on his suspension the Botonaahana, has been given to Capt. BentJey, formerly of the Tasmania, who has been lately in charge of the Taupo.
