From enquiries we have made we find that there is little or no possibility of Sir Westby B. Percival contesting the Christchurch seat in the event of the i Hon. Mr Reeves being appointed AgentGeneral, as it is generally understood that Sir Westby Percxval has in the mr terests of his family decided to remain at Home for some time. — Times.
