After the ceremony the party went to a house which b»d been fitted up for the pride by Krietman. Shortly after arrival Mrs Krietman retired from the room m which the wedding party were convening. It is known Miss Mainard was very attractive, a good conversationalist and an ardent devotee of physiological research, but further nothing can be ascertained. Donald Edward Troughton, Police Magistrate at Mooree, was found dead on a sofa in his office.
