The Admiralty has granted a pension to Surgeon Lee, of the Ringarooma, who was dismissed by Court Martial. Mr E. T. Doxat, chairman and managing director of Dalgety and Co., has replaced the Hon. Paris, October 17, The French Government propose to spend a milliard (.£40,006,000 sterling) in twelve years on ironclads and cruisers. St. Petersburg, Oct. 17. It is reported that the Russian Government will shortly mint one hundred million roubles.
