FROZEN MEAT CONFERENCE.
TO THE EDITOR OF THE STAR. Sir, — I received the enclosed circular this evening, and shall feel obliged if you will insert it in your next issue. I am, etc., Jamks H. Fry. Sir,— l have the honor, by direction of the Hon. the Minister for Agriculture, to inform you that, in response to the expressed wish of a number of Agricultural aud Pastoral Associations and others interested in the frozen meat industry, a conference will be held on the 27th instant to discuss the schemes submitted by Messrs Orbcll and Nathan respectively, and other matters in connection with the trade.
