MOEE RUSSIAN INTRIGUES.
(Per Press Association.! Toiao, July 29. The Macedonians have burned the Turkish quarter in Menliff, which is a town of 6000 inhabitants. About 1000 Macedonians marched in procession through the chief street of the city yesterday singing war songs and praising the Russian people. They also cheered the leading Bulgarian officers and politicians. A nnniber of Bulgarian officials attended the Cathedral where a service to commemorate the memory of two Macedonian officers, killed in the recent fighting was being held This is said to be intended as an indication of hostility to Turkey and the foreign Consuls. It is reported that Russian agents instigated the rising.
