JUDGE WILLIAMS ON THE CITY OF MELBOURNE BANK.
(Per Press Association.) London, July 18. Lord Brassey, Governor of Victoria, was entertained at a farewell lunch by the Queen of Windsor. Judge Williams intimated that he would probably refuse to sanction any scheme at reconstruction of the City of Melbourne Bank which left ifc uuder such direction as at present.
