The Will of the People Must Prevail.
(Per Press Association). Sydney. This Day. Speaking at Orange the Premier referred to the.action of the Legislative Council in rejecting a number of important bills, and said he foresaw a great movement for constitutional reform if the will of the people was any longer over ridden. The basis of the Legislative Assembly was recently altered, and it was an open question whether a corresponding advance should not be made in the Council.
